SuperData published its regular monthly report on game performance digitally in global markets in November 2020. Statistics showed Spider-Man Miles Morales significantly outperformed Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.
The report said that Spider-Man Miles Morales had sales of 663,000 digital copies, on both PlayStation 5 and PS4.
While the SuperData team did not like to compare the stats with Marvel's Spider-Man released two years ago, which had exceeded 2.2 million copies at its launch, as well as the fact that its developer Insomniac Games did not consider it a second part but rather an independent game in itself, Miles Morales' sales achieved significantly higher performance than Uncharted. The Lost Legacy, which is subject to the same rating.
Apart from that, the report announced that Assassin's Creed Valhalla's digital sales reached more than 1.7 million copies in the month of its launch, an increase of nearly 50 percent when compared to the launch of Assassin's Creed Odyssey.
Also, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War sales reached 5.7 million digital copies in November 2020, an increase of about 7 percent when compared to the previous record-holder, Black Ops 4.
Interesting was SuperData's confirmation that Call of Duty Warzone played an enormous role in bringing more players into the world of the popular shooting franchise, so much so that the number of Modern Warfare players was nearly two and a half times higher than that of Cold War in November 2020.
Finally, SuperData has confirmed that Among Us has become the most popular game ever in terms of the number of active players per month.
